Lucy Manfredi - Town of lights is a small-scale original painting by the Northern-based Artist.  Sometimes in Lucy's paintings people miss out on the lights in the house, these lights represent families and inhabitants who we may not see in the painting but simply having these lights on in the houses we know that they are there.
