Julian Trevelyan - Windsor is a very rare example of a fantastic print by one of the truly great printmakers of the 20th century. This etching is a part of a larger body of work known as the Thames suite, which was a 12 piece collection highlighting the most important waterway in London. The twelve images all highlight different parts of the river and this example shows us the beautiful vista of Windsor. It's typical Trevelyan in his instantly recognisable style and in a medium he mastered through many years of arduous work.
