Lucy Manfredi - The light that doesn't go out is an original painting by the Northern-based Artist. This is an unusual perspective for Lucy as many of her paintings are seen from the street-level viewpoint. This one, however, takes an elevated view and gives us a wonderful image of the rooftops and twisting streets.
