Emma Rodgers

Emma Rodgers
British
(1974 - present)

Emma has taught workshops at the Frink school of Sculpture and St Anselems College. She has shown at the Royal Academy Summer Show in 2002 and had her work displayed with the top names in British art today.

2017 was a huge year for Emma with the unveiling of two large and well publicised public art installations. The first was the tribute to Cilla Black in Liverpool City centre, just outside the world famous cavern club. The bronze lifesized statue has been a massive tourist pull for Matthew Street and has been very well received by the locals. The second was the Mecanno Liverbird which was installed on Queens Frive shopping centre in Liverpool. The 30 foot metal mecanno Bird celebrates the world famous toy manufacturer and its history in the City.

Emma has exhibited all around the world with exhibitions In China and the USA among many of our most well known galleries in the UK; one of note being the Bruton Street Gallery in Mayfair. Such is the demand for her work that top British museums and public galleries are starting to buy her work before it gets too expensive.
